For those who like to keep a diary,DateBook for MacIt is a simple diary application. It allows you to write a daily diary with an aesthetically pleasing interface. It can save all logs, including information such as date, time, word count, etc., and display them in an aesthetically pleasing interface, so you can view all diary entries at once.

#1 Journal Topic
Each journal entry is bookmarked as a topic in the left column. You can add as many journal entries as you want and save them as a topic. All of these entries will be saved in a scrollable interface under that topic. You can scroll through all the entries under each topic by date, time, current mood, and read your diary. DateBook also allows you to easily print entire diary topics or individual entries.

You can define your current mood from 10 mood presets and attach it to your diary. That's how you can make your journal more interesting, attractive and personal. When you look back at your diary, they will give you real feelings.

#3 Text Formatting Tools
Embellish your journal with text formatting tools to make it even more authentic. All of these tools are always available next to the journal window, positioned vertically on the left sidebar. Bold, emphasize, italicize, and strikethrough text to express different feelings in your journal. You can also easily change the text color and text background color using the predefined color pallet in the same left sidebar.

You can choose from a wide range of font options and customize the text size very easily from the application preferences. These changes will be applied to all your journals.

#4 Location
Attach your current location to each diary entry to make your memories more vivid. You can allow DateBook to automatically access your current location and save it in your diary. You can also choose to manually search for a location from a small window that pops up on the map and save it with your diary.

#5 Theme
By default, DateBook comes with a white theme. Along with it, you also have 5 theme options to choose from to give your application a different look.

#6 Security
Set a secure password for the app in the app preferences and protect your journal in the most advanced way. Log in with the same password every time you open the app and protect your journal from prying eyes.

#7 Journal Backup and Restore
Back up all your journals in time and don't lose your precious memories. If you ever delete any journal by mistake or you lose your data then you can easily restore your journals from the last backup and get all your journals back in seconds.

DateBook comes with an advanced backup option called Auto Backup. If turned on, it will automatically back up all your logs and save them locally on your Mac. It also deletes backups that are 10 or 30 days old. This is how you can seamlessly keep up with your log records.

#9 Built-in Calendar
Use the built-in calendar to select a journal entry date and time. You can use the calendar to jump to a specific journal entry while scrolling through the calendar.
