If there were no extra tricks are used, the security velnerabilities can affect macOS too. R2R haven’t checked this.

In Acustica plugins, code is embedded to the Nebula2/4 Image (N2P, N2V, N2S). Experienced hackers can swap or modify that embedded code. In R2R releases, that embedded code is totally removed because it’s not needed anymore.
