[Nord Lead A1预置电子乐]GeoSynths Reflections Vol.1（460Kb）插图I bought the Nord Lead A1 shortly after it came out and was pretty blown away with the sound of it. Other things got in the way and so it didn’t get much use, so I sold it. I recently sold a Yamaha Montage and a guy offered his A1 in Part-Ex, so I thought, “Why Not”.

 

Of course, other Synths got in the way and it was left again, but after having made lots of Patches for the Roland System – 8, which had a huge FM update, I thought, let’s break out the A1…and am I glad I did…Phew!​

 

All of the patches have been made from scratch, from ‘Init’ patches. While the Mutator and Randomize functions can come with crazy and useful results, I like to know where I am with a sound, so it’s all made from the front Panel.

 

The majority of the Patches have Mod Wheel/Morph assignments, to things like Cut- Off, Vibrato, Resonance and levels.

 

Speaking of levels, you may find some patches are louder than others, this is just down to the complexity/brightness, but I did set them against a level meter in Logic X. That said, I’ve made the patches a bit hotter.
