The genre’s iconic log drum (or synthesized sub bass resembling the acoustic instrument) has traversed the world’s dance floors countless times over the past two summers. Without further ado, Rubicon travels to the origins of Amapiano to shine a light on Teno Afrika, one of the genre’s preeminent producers. His 2020 Amapiano Selections LP is a cult classic and we are grateful to host his premiere sample collection offering on Rubicon.
