To make your life easier, right click on an .exe and click “get info” then go to “open with” and from the dropdown click “other” then locate where you put Keygen App and click add, once added select “change all” to make it the default app for opening all .exe files.

 

This was due an update, loads keygens a lot faster than previous version and fixes issues with copying and pasting in certain keygens DOES NOT WORK IN CATALINA if you are using Catalina I suggest keeping a partition of Mojave or installing a virtual machine such as Parallels desktop for Keygen needs
