[南亚节奏打击乐采样]Aaroh Desi Percussion [WAV]（228.27Mb）插图Desi’ is a South Asian polysemous word which means ‘from the homeland’ or ‘from the countryside’. Traverse through the hard hitting grooves and rhythmically inspiring soundscape of South Asian beats and rhythms with Desi Percussion.

 

This pack features instruments like Tabla, Ghatam, Ankle Bells, Kanjira and Frame Drums that were recorded using vintage microphones like Neuman U67s and Sennheiser 441s and processed through obscure gear like The Bogen MXM-A, ATR-102, The Unfairchild and Gemini Mixer. These loops were then chopped up and mangled using the powerful SP404-MKII resulting in punchy grooves that have a unique desi character.

 

This pack was produced by Kaushlesh “Garry” Purohit who is a Los Angeles based Grammy-Winning audio engineer and music producer. He has worked with various artists like Boygenius,, Harry Styles, Omar Apollo and Carlos Santana.
