Focusing on country music from the 1960s and 1970s, this pack is a little Willie and Waylon, a little Doug Sahm; it’s part Johnny Cash, part Merle Haggard, and part Patsy Cline. Doug Organ studied under legendary engineers like Steve Albini and Joe Chiccarelli and ran a successful commercial recording studio for 10 years. His engineering clients include Tegan and Sara, Kendrick Lamar, and Joe Chiccarelli. An accomplished composer for the screen, he’s composed for Kate Spade NY, Dos Hombres Mezcal, and the Unhinged podcast with Chris Klemens.
