Wes Borland is an American musician and artist who’s carved out his own electrifying space in rock. As the sonic mastermind behind Limp Bizkit’s crushing riffs, Borland is known for blending raw, aggressive guitar work with a fearless experimental edge.

His stage presence is nothing short of legendary – he’s a true visual artist, turning performances into a spectacle with his wild costumes, face paint, and surreal masks. Borland isn’t just a guitarist; he’s a living, breathing art piece, redefining what it means to be a rock star.

Amp 1 is based on a Roland© JC-120™ Jazz Chorus. This two-input channel with a three-band EQ has become the iconic “king of clean” guitar amplifier, with its flagship pure and transparent tonal signature. This combo amp is a mainstay in Wes Borland’s live touring rig, often seen with different painted images across the cabinet speaker mesh.

Amp 2 is based on a Diezel© VH4™. This four-channel 100W amplifier is extremely versatile, allowing virtually any tone to be achieved with its four distinctly voiced preamps, each with independent gain, EQ, and master controls. This amp is the heart of most of the heavier tones during the very early 2000s of Limp Bizkit.

Amp 3 is based on a 1965 model Selmer© Zodiac™ 50 MKII Tremolo. This two-channel amplifier offers the chime and saturated breakup tones renowned with vintage UK combos however with the inclusion of the unique Selmer© tone selector system, this inventive circuitry gives this amp its distinctive complex tonal character.
