Just install.

 

Place the included Velvet Data.big anywhere, permanently.

 

Then, edit the included Xpand!2.reg to reflect the correct location
that you moved it to. It is suggested to keep the formatting
exactly as is, as shown in the sample .reg that you edit.

 

Finally, double click the Velvet.reg
to merge it to the registry.
