Text-based editing
Text-based editing in Premiere Pro is a brand new way to create rough cuts that is as easy as copying and pasting text.
First, transcribe your source footage. Then, use the source transcript to find content you want to use in your sequence. Simply select the text and click Insert to add it to your sequence.TimelineRepeat this for the other sections of text until you have added everything you want to theTimelinemiddle.
Switch to the sequence transcript to continue working on your rough cut. Copy and paste the text to move the clip, or delete the text to remove the clip.
Background automatic saving
New and improved AutoSave runs in the background without interrupting your work, and backup save intervals can be set to as little as one minute.
AutoSave creates a backup of each project as a snapshot in time. You can browse the AutoSave scratch disk folder to retrieve a backup. Each time you save a backup copy, AutoSave in the background also updates the original project file.
