Information about crashes and display errors:

Pulsar plugins use the fastest rendering engines available on your system. However, in some particular graphics configurations, our plugins fail to identify the fastest compatible configuration available on your computer correctly.

This results in different types of graphics errors:

– A white or black screen instead of the plugin.
– Your workstation crashes as soon as you open a plugin interface.
– A plugin display size problem, it looks small in a big window.

In these cases, we recommend you to select a graphic renderer more compatible with your hardware manually. To do this, run the graphic renderer selector for your pulsar product (you will find them below) and select a more compatible renderer. The option we recommend is to force the graphics rendering to Legacy OpenGL. Please find links to the selectors below:
